Who we are

This Privacy Policy was created by MyBarkingChef. (hereinafter referred to as “myBarkingChef”, “we”, “us”, and “our”) to demonstrate that we respect the privacy of all users and to recognize that when you choose to provide us with information about yourself, you trust us to act in a responsible manner with that information.

Retention Period

Information and processing

As a global company, MyBarkingChef has subsidiaries and external service providers inside and outside the European Union (the “EU”). As a consequence, whenever we use or otherwise treat your Personal Data for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, we may transfer your information to countries outside the EU, including those where the level of data protection is not comparable to that applied in the EU.

From time to time, MyBarkingChef may need to update or modify this Privacy Policy, to reflect changes in our business practices, data collection practices or organization. We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time, for any reason, without notice to you, other than the posting of the amended Privacy Policy on the websites. It is strongly recommended that you check the website often, referring to the date of the last modification listed at the top. We will in any case not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit and informed consent.

If you do not agree to the changes, you should discontinue your use of the website, and cease providing Personal Information to us, prior to the time the modified Privacy Policy takes effect.
